About me

I spent 20 years at the heart of the U.S. healthcare infrastructure , navigating the high-stakes evolution of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). I’ve seen the industry from the inside out, from the rigid, positional logic of the first adjudication engines to the modern, API-driven mandates of FHIR and real-time transparency.

My mission is simple: To remove the “complexity tax” from the PBM space.

Why I Do This

Healthcare technology is often treated as a “black box.” This opacity leads to billions in wasted spend for employers and a steep learning curve for the brilliant engineers trying to build the future of medicine. I believe that when we demystify , we pave the way for a more transparent, efficient healthcare system.

What I Bring to the Table

  • 20 Years of Institutional Knowledge: I don’t just know the standards; I’ve led the teams that built the systems.
  • A Technical Translator: I speak “NCPDP D.0” and “Business Strategy” with equal fluency, helping tech and product teams finally understand each other.

Beyond the Systems

When I’m not auditing PBM contracts or coaching the next generation of HealthTech leaders, you can find me [mention a brief personal interest, e.g., managing my rental properties or exploring local trails]. I believe that the best solutions come from a grounded, real-world perspective.
